Objectives

In the project, we decided to support quality improvement in work with youth in organizations, spread of intercultural and cross-cultural dialogue, support of the international dimension of activities in the field of youth, improvement of communication in a foreign language and intercultural awareness and spread of diversity, involvement of children and youth from economically disadvantaged families who want a similar activity for financial reasons and could not afford it, with disabled children we but they did not work because we were forced to proceed with the exchange of a Greek partner, it was also about passing on experiences and understanding different cultures, establishing contacts through a healthy way of life and dance, an activity that united all participants, work in international lectures, communication in English, but also Czech, Greek and Finnish languages. The task was also to create our own dance groups, we talked about the correct principles of a healthy style and a healthy way of eating, which can often lead to negative phenomena, we worked independently and learned to create our own program and democratically determine the nature of the program and the game that suited us to all the participants, we also regularly evaluated our work - the so-called learning buddy, we created multicultural theories of youth, we gained further experience through this project, all three participating organizations co-created the basis for the high-quality running of their dance studios, which could have an impact on personal and professional life and we also learned a way of life that led to a healthy lifestyle by pointing out its risks. Our important priorities included healthy physical activity, dancing, yoga, but also water sports, since we were by the sea. We visited Greece for the first time as part of the Erasmus+ project, so we decided to get to know the geographical and historical background of the city of Kavala, where the exchange was originally planned. The project fulfilled the following priorities of the Youth programme: - development of basic and cross-cutting skills, such as business and digital skills, - the promotion of healthy behaviour, in particular by supporting the practice of sport at the basic level as a means of promoting a healthy lifestyle, which also helps the social inclusion and active participation of young people in society and prevents possible diseases such as anorexia and bulimia, etc. - expanding knowledge about information and communication technologies - support for improving the quality of work with youth through deepened cooperation between organizations working in the field of youth (it was a further deepened cooperation between two dance studios - Danceversity Hustopeče and Saiff Helsinki, and then we got a completely new Greek partner, whom we had to help with everything, including registration for Erasmus, from the Greek city of Thessaloniki), because our project was supported from the list of substitutes and the original partner no longer wanted to participate due to his workload.
