The aim of this project was to focus on the capabilities of youth organizations in the post-COVID era to organize physical events for their employees, members, target audience, community in which they operate, and all other relevant stakeholders. The COVID period has shifted us into the online environment, from which organizations are gradually trying to re-emerge and regain contact with the community around them. To achieve these goals, a five-day training was conducted in July 2023 in the Czech Republic for participants intending to implement local youth-related events. Within this training, participants enhanced their competencies in various areas related to securing financial resources and material support for youth work, inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, intergenerational dialogue, thorough event preparation, promotion, results measurement, and dissemination of results, along with building a positive reputation for youth work within the public. As part of the mobility program, emphasis was placed on preparing specific youth events created by participants and developing a comprehensive strategy for their youth work, thereby supporting the emergence of new projects and opportunities in the field of youth work.
