Objectives

We consider the main objective the development of an educational program using AI, which will support topics in the field of entrepreneurship (how the corporate environment works, what are typical corporate departments, what are team roles in start-ups, etc.) and soft-skills, i.e. business and communication skills. Our product takes the form of a software solution, using AI and game simulation. The goal was to build its content on real inputs from the business environment. It consists in taking players through various pre-prepared scenarios, to which they will react and thus gradually discover the world of business. They will experience situations such as conducting a business meeting, creating a marketing and communication plan, how to approach investors Chosen priorities: Developing key competencies - the aim was to increase the soft skills needed in the labour market Career counselling - the participants of the programme will test their knowledge in areas that are essential for the labour market and starting a business, at the same time they will discover their role in the team Employability - the aim was to increase the employability of the participants and, by promoting their entrepreneurship, to create future employers

Background

The aim of our project was to develop an educational programme using artificial intelligence to support topics in the field of entrepreneurship - the business environment and start-ups. The reason we came up with this idea was that there are a significant number of people who have good ideas, are pursuing their projects in different areas, whether it is technology, product development, art creation, or service development, but lack sufficient knowledge of the business environment and the necessary soft skills to be able to approach investors, start and lead teams, and successfully sell their product or service to end customers. In addition to this knowledge, the training programme would also provide sufficient courage to re-enter the labour market or to set up a start-up, due to a clear exposure to how the business world works, to acquire business competences and knowledge that will enable them to create a competitive environment.
