In accordance with the fact that VET lectors are experts in their fields, but they mostly have no andragogic competencies, we focused on the improvement of VET lectors competencies to educate low skills workers efficiently with better attractiveness and inclusion. That is why we made a methodological guide VOCATIONAL CORPORATE LOW-SKILLS TRAININGS MANUAL.
LASERneedle CZ s.r.o. company as Beneficiary of the project is focused on entrepreneurship vocational trainings and education in accordance with the production line. Recently, there are a lot of low skills presented on the VET courses. The vocational training of low skilled workers seems to be a compromise between amount of information that lector would like to present and ability of low-skills to accept and understand presented information. That is why vocational training is hard to pass for participants as well as for lectors. It means the need of lector’s competencies improvement to educate low-skills efficiently using the special andragogic methods highly increase.
