The most important characteristics of the new generation of the Erasmus+ programme 2021-2027 are to promote and support equal opportunities and access, inclusion, diversity and fairness in all areas. With further thematic focuses of digital transformation and sustainability, Erasmus+ is intended to make a significant contribution to the future sustainable growth and cohesion of Europe. During the course of this project, we at the International Office followed exactly these goals - to enable sustainable growth through mobility activities, to strengthen social cohesion and European identity, and to promote innovation. We find it particularly important to integrate the educational programme into the European Green Deal by promoting environmentally friendly travel routes, cooperation projects on "green topics", raising awareness of sustainability, the environment and climate change as well as the topic of inclusion - more possibilities for people with fewer opportunities, such as people with different cultural, social and economic backgrounds. We are proud to be part of this programme, to make exchange and mobility more accessible to people of different ages and social status.
