In the context of a globalized labor market, Technische Hochschule Lübeck (TH Lübeck) wishes to integrate an international element in the education of future engineers. This includes creating possibilities for students to spend time abroad for study or internship purposes. Non-mobile students shall have international and intercultural encounters with incoming students as well as with lecturers who shall deepen their international experiences by participating in various activities abroad, consequently reflecting them in their teaching and training. Combining existing international study programmes and strengthening the Erasmus+ programme, TH Lübeck aims to facilitate international experience for students, academic and administrative staff. By participating in the Erasmus+ programme, the TH Lübeck would like to become more attractive as a place to study and strengthen its international reputation and visibility with the aim of attracting highly qualified students. Networking with foreign partners should be strengthened and lead to further cooperation and possible joint courses in the long term.
