Internationalisation is of key importance to Ulm University of Applied Sciences. The EU education programmes, including Erasmus+, are among the most important measures for the continuous promotion of internationalisation and the further development of the international dimension at our university. THU has a well-developed international network that promotes the mobility of students and staff at all levels. One of the university's most important strategic goals is to improve the quality of studies, research, teaching and administration through institutional and personnel internationalisation measures. This is based on the conviction that a stay abroad has a lasting and character-building effect on students and staff. In terms of staff development, the university explicitly supports international assignments for teaching staff and employees. The strategy of sending a team of several colleagues to a partner university has proven to be extremely motivating. The KA131 project should help to expand the mobility of staff and students and also the intensive exchange with the partners.
