Objectives

Offenburg University of Applied Sciences attaches great importance to cooperation with other international organizations and universities. Our region in the south-east of Germany, close to France and Switzerland, is characterized by a globalized living, working and academic environment as well as supra-regional cooperation. Participation in the Erasmus+ project is an important building block for achieving the goals of our internationalization strategy, especially when it comes to exchange and cooperation with international partners. The project helps to ensure that our students and employees can take part in mobility programs. Without the financial support of a broad-based program such as the Erasmus+ program, the options for many of our students and employees would be very limited. This enables us to strengthen participants' international, professional and language skills, support their personal development and prepare them for the demands of an international job market. Participation in the project also increases the attractiveness and competence of the university.
