The Erasmus+ has been front and centre of our internationalisation policy here at HdWM, since it was launched here in 2015. Every year since then, our participation rates in mobilities have increased, across students, teaching and administrative staff - much to our delight. Students are really starting to understand both the linguistic and cultural benefits of spending time abroad both immediately and for their future. Staff are also showing more awareness of the benefits it can bring them - both administrative and teaching. We already have pending applications for this and next year. The HdWM objectives remain unchangeed from previous years: - formalisation and institutionalisation of existing professional networks of university employees - allowing students to travel aboad with financial support and very few organisational barriers - supporting staff in their regular contact with partners abroad for scientific and administrative staff - giving staff the opportunity to gain knowledge of teaching, reasearch and university organisation at partner institutions - giving our staff a strong European indentity
