The Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd (HfG) promotes international mobility in both directions of student and staff exchanges. With 29 partners within Europe and an additional 19 worldwide, the International Office and all departments of the HfG strive to add to the education and overall experience at our university through international exchange that benefits both incoming and outgoing students. As part of the historical Bauhaus design movement, we offer attractive course offerings in English for 20+ international students each semester, while providing our outgoing students exchange opportunities with our esteemed partners universities. By completing a semester abroad, our students are able to expand on their own design education and prepare themselves to become interculturally experienced individuals through the excitement and challenges a semester abroad brings.
