The University of Stuttgart is committed to providing its students with a broad spectrum of international experiences and qualifications. The aim is to create an attractive and low-threshold offer through the Erasmus+ program, enabling all students to find a suitable mobility option for their individual situation. University staff from teaching and administration should also benefit, as they can be actively involved in the interdisciplinary internationalization of the university by participating in the program. Staff mobility is considered part of the university's culture of continuous education and professional development. In addition the principles of the Erasmus+ program are particularly valuable in supporting the university's comprehensive diversity concept. The Erasmus+ program cannot only financially facilitate access to international mobility for students with fewer opportunities but also expressly encourage their participation through the program's framework. The Vice Rectorate for Diversity and International Affairs sees this as an additional enrichment for its activities and initiatives.
