The targeted qualitative improvement primarily includes the evaluation of individual mobility processes and the integration of foreign students at Viadrina. Further quality assurance measures concern the expansion of high-quality network cooperation and joint European degree programs. In addition, support for international students is to be professionalized and improved. Existing marginal imbalances between the areas of incoming and outgoing students are to be balanced out in the long term. We have also successfully expanded the area of lecturer mobility in recent years and would like to maintain this level in the long term. We believe that administrative mobility can be expanded and are working on an overall concept that is also anchored in personnel planning and rewards mobile employees. Another concern was the expansion of internships through the establishment of internship mobility in our Career Center instead of through a consortium, which we have already largely succeeded in doing. We were able to achieve the overwhelming majority of these goals as part of the project.
