The aim of participating in KA 131 was to support the increased mobility of students and staff despite the coronavirus pandemic. The University of Hildesheim's extensive network of Erasmus partner universities was used for this purpose. Within KA 131, the focus in the 2021 project was on staff mobility due to the parallel funding of projects as a result of the pandemic. 61 students completed a study visit at a partner university in another European country. 8 lecturers taught abroad and 10 colleaugues of administrativ staff expanded their knowledge. Erasmus+ internships were carried out in a consortium led by Leibniz Universität Hannover and are not included in this report. Over 90% of the participants reported a high level of satisfaction with their stay abroad or their stay at the University of Hildesheim. These positive experiences contribute to arousing interest among other members of the University of Hildesheim and increase mobility figures again after the pandemic and thus increase the internationalization and cosmopolitanism of the University of Hildesheim.
