One of the most important instruments for the internationalization of the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences (DIT) is participation in the Erasmus program as well as the implementation of the Erasmus Charter. ERASMUS+ is DIT's largest exchange program; it contributes significantly to the sharpening of the profile in the internationalisation of teaching, research, services as well as to ensure academic success through a secure recognition of the international mobility. The aim is a further, continuous increase in ERASMUS+ mobilities, in particular an increase in the number of Mobility participants from the faculties of engineering, computer science and health sciences is intended. In particular, attention is paid to an active staff mobility in order to support student mobility. For a successful stay abroad as part of the ERASMUS+, DIT offers students a wide range of opportunities and a wide range of advice and support. DIT continues to place particular emphasis on increasing the number of trainees and students, but also on staff mobility for training and teaching.
