Against the background of an increasingly multicultural and interconnected world, Ludwigsburg University of Education's (LUE) internationalization seeks to educate students to become interculturally competent change agents and enable international experience. Our graduates are in an essential role as multipliers, especially as more than two-thirds of our students are future teachers who will later teach an increasingly diverse student body. The Erasmus+ program is the most critical mobility program and the fundamental tool for implementing and achieving LUE's internationalization objectives. The Erasmus Policy Statement (EPS) has committed to facilitating international experience for all university members and to contributing to broadening their horizons. It is about the constitution of a partnership network, a pluralization of teaching and learning concepts, and the internationalization of research. In the area of student mobility - particularly in the teacher training programs - an increase in the number of participants through improved access opportunities through, the implementation of short-term mobility and the expansion of the partner school network has been reached. The focus is set in line with LUE's strategic plan.
