Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences (founded in 2009) has been participating in the Erasmus+ Program for twelve years now. One main focus of Rhine-Waal University's internationalisation targets has been the enhancement of international student and staff mobility. This is reflected in the official study abroad/ internship semesters which are part of the curricula of the Bachelor degree programs at all Faculties. The so called "Mobility window" facilitates the organisation of a semester abroad and the students' choice of courses at a partner university. One main goal within the Erasmus+ program is to offer the students a wide range of study options at partner universities which fit with their degree program. The Centre for Internationalisation and Languages as well as the Faculties continue to maintain and expland existing partnerhips in terms of mobility numbers and involved study programs. We also continuously look for new partner universities within the Erasmus program to set up new cooperation agreements. Moreover, the Centre for Internationalisation and Languages strives to enhance the information and support acitivities for exchange students with regards to their mobility abroad.
