HAW Hamburg is well renowned in the academic community for its practice-oriented approach. Our aim is to develop sustainable solutions to meet today's and tomorrow's major global challenges. In this context, the International Office team has been promoting the internationalisation of the HAW Hamburg both inwards and outwards. One of the International Office's flagship missions is to implement the Erasmus+ Programme. Two central Erasmus+ coordinators, the head of the International Office as well as four student exchange coordinators at the four faculties enable HAW Hamburg to implement the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 programme. In addition to the more traditional administrative aspects of project management, the programme's new generation has led us to focus on new aspects such as digital transition, inclusion and sustainability. Our four main objectives were to: 1.stabilise Erasmus mobilities in a (post)-pandemic context 2.ensure the quality of the mobility activities and the inter-institutional cooperation throughout the application and implementation phases 3.introduce a more paperless project management lifecycle 4.make international mobility as accessible as possible
