As a university for medium-sized businesses in the region, we act as a multiplier of mobility, flexibility and transculturality for local regional companies. We would like to promote the personal development of students and graduates through contacts in European partner countries and program countries and thus obtain added value for the local partner companies. The education-related choice of internship and trainee opportunities is in our interest. The funding opportunities through Erasmus+ enable further exchange to be achieved, including for disadvantaged target groups, which we would like to address openly. We have initiated transcultural thought processes and thus created sustainable contacts that promise advantages on the job market. Many of the experiences show that job offers abroad can also be interesting. Through close networking with our project partner universities, we try to increase the mobility of students and scientists and expand our teaching and research profile. As a university of applied sciences, the high practical component in our degree programs enables you to gain worthwhile impressions from stays abroad.
