The 2021 Erasmus+ project with Programme Countries at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (OVGU) covers the mobility activity types student mobility, staff mobility for teaching activities and staff mobility for training. With this Erasmus+ project, the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg is pursuing the following objectives: - Implementation of OVGU's internationalisation strategy by participating in Erasmus+ in order to give as many students as possible the opportunity to complete a part of their studies abroad. - Encouraging staff members who want to acquire international experience and skills. By implementing the participation in the Erasmus programme, the Erasmus goals of the OVGU, like - internationalisation of teaching: - increasing the number of internationally competitive curricula; - increase of the number of international academic staff; - increasing the visibility of study and teaching as well as research and transfer in the international scientific community; - intensifying the partnerships with strategically important Erasmus+ partner institutions; - implementation of the double degree programmes with European universities; were achieved.
