The project aimed to further promote internationalization at EHB by opening up international perspectives in studies, teaching and internships and raising awareness of other cultures and social conditions. After the Covid-19 pandemic subsided, the demand for personal professional and intercultural exchange quickly recovered. The aim was to give all participants the opportunity to gain professional, linguistic and intercultural skills. The exchange of teaching staff and students with partner universities as well as internships abroad were key elements in achieving these goals and were able to enrich "internationalization at home". EHB targeted staff and lecturers for further training in foreign language acquisition so that they could contribute to the development of an English-language teaching program at EHB. This provides partner universities with a more attractive offer. Short-term mobilities and BIPs were tested for the first time in order to offer students who are unable to participate in a long-term mobility more opportunities for internationalization
