In the course of advancing European integration, more and more social, economic and ecological challenges can only be solved in cooperation with international partners, and cross-border cooperation continues to be characterized by a high degree of dynamism in various areas. As future civil servants at European, national, regional and local level, graduates of the Kehl School of Public Administration must be suitably prepared for this working environment. Against this background and as part of the internationalization strategy adopted in January 2014, Kehl University of Applied Sciences is consistently pursuing the bundling of its international activities with the aim of deepening its relationships with strategically relevant cooperation partners and facilitating the international transfer of knowledge in teaching and research for the benefit of students. Participation in the ERASMUS+ mobility project KA131 2021 should contribute to the following objectives: 1. strengthening the intercultural skills of students and staff 2. improve the ability to carry out international projects 3. develop network management and problem-solving skills
