Exchange knowledge on how to work in the current situation with the COVID consequences on the people. A lot of them was totally isolated form other peoples and have many struggles. In this project was prepared a special workshop on motivation to take up education in a post-pandemic society. We work on the new methods of the adults. We shared knowledge from expert from other organizations from different European countries.

We are member of the Paritätisches Bildungswerk Hessen and we are in cooperation with ARFIE and member of REIN: Europe. Network for disabled people. We are part of the Mittelhessischer Bildungsverband e.V. Experience with exchange projects with Integration through exchange and TLN Mobility. We have around 100 employees and around 2000 participants, Coaching contacts per year.
