One goal of the project was to expand and strengthen the international network of the project executing agency. This was to enable more learning mobilities that meet the individual professional needs of the learners. The project also aimed for participants to improve their chances on the labor market by acquiring language skills and job-related work experience abroad. They learned about other cultures and were able to develop intercultural skills. They experienced new things, broadened their horizons and gained perspectives.
The project offered young people the opportunity to gain international work experience, develop professional skills and learn languages. The project was intended to help diversify the offer of quality learning stays and make them accessible to all learners in initial vocational training.
