Objectives

With the help of this project, we wanted to equip different people in different occupational groups, life situations and interests with digital skills and make them more relevant again for both employers and the labor market or prepare them for the increasingly digital world of the future. For this project, we equipped people working in a system-relevant occupational group with new digital skills, among others. These included teachers, trainers, (geriatric) nurses, administrative staff, and also private individuals who were interested in further training in the area of digital skills for the future.

Background

Both in our private network and statistics and studies such as the World Economic Forum indicate that through digitization in the coming years personnel will be lacking, personnel will lack digital skills, personnel will become redundant and must be newly qualified. The participants in this project all had the same need, they all wanted to be both employable and up-to-date in an increasingly digitalized world and thus wanted to acquire new knowledge.
