The overall aim of this project was to promote international understanding through exchange projects with young people from different countries and backgrounds. As an organisation in the field of non-formal learning, it was particularly important for us to include different dimensions of learning. In addition, we wanted to promote the quality of our youth work and thereby expand our partner network, offer (sustainable) programmes that also appeal to young people and qualitatively increase the competences of our staff. Through accreditation we saw the following advantages: - A better ability to plan our activities - A lower time threshold from project idea to implementation - Less time and effort for submitting individual project applications - New possibilities to implement long-term projects
