Marginalized youth face huge challenges in the process of social promotion in an open society. Young migrants face problems in the process of adaptation and are usually the target of discrimination and a target of racism, young refugees need a longer period of time to adapt to the new social society. These marginalized categories need support and social education in the process of social promotion but also support in the process of socialization and activity in the new society. According to EUSTAT and the report Income and living conditions in Europe Edited by Anthony B. Atkinson and Eric Marlier, participants from marginalized categories have problems in the process of social adaptation and inclusion in open society. Even more than 65% of the analyzed data show that marginalized participants aged 18-24 with fewer opportunities (refugees, migrants, asylum seekers) face obstacles in the process of social adaptation and promotion in an open society. The process of integration of migrants in society can be faced many barriers and inappropriate situations in real life. There are also a large number of migrants who continue their studies in EU countries and focus on racial beliefs. These phenomena are it is not in anyone's common interest and can only cause conflicts and negative consequences. Large support and assistance is needed for migrants. This controversial issue is quite relevant to many decades, especially in Western Europe. However, the public is poorly informed about this issue and is not sufficiently informed. The aim of this youth exchange is to create a safe environment where young and national leaders will explore methods and tools for personal progress and support innovations for social inclusion of marginalized categories. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and national practices in the process of creating new methods of working with socially vulnerable groups that will be implemented in their countries in the future. The proposed youth exchange explores the personal development of participants but also directs them to the process of social inclusion and support of the marginalized in the process of their promotion and participation in society. Through non-formal learning activities, participants will have the opportunity to improve their personal development but also to participate in activities to improve awareness and identity, improve quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations.
