The idea of this youth exchange was to introduce young participants to the problems that arise from racism, hate speech and discrimination against marginalized people. Participants from 6 EU countries had the opportunity through theater and scenario to promote respectability, tolerance and equal social opportunities for all citizens around the world. Through non-formal activities, participants promoted equality and sent a message to raise public awareness to combat discrimination against marginalized people. According to EU research based on discrimination assessment, Discrimination based on ethnic origin (62%) is seen to be the most widespread form of discrimination in the EU, followed by discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation (51%) and disability (45%) ). Making the comparison with results from the 2006 survey, it is noticeable that there has been a decrease in the proportion of respondents who believe discrimination to be widespread. In most cases, this evolution is a slight one, although it is notable that there is a more substantial change in opinion on disability-based discrimination: 45% now consider this to be widespread compared to 52% in 2006. Through these Youth exchange, young people with fewer opportunities were promoted who do not have equal social opportunities and are a target of discrimination. This project promoted 6 non-governmental organizations and 36 EU participants. These activities promoted 6 participants with fewer opportunities who are the target of discrimination and racism. Participants promoted space for social inclusion for marginalized, respectability and equal society through theater and act. The project issues: Discrimination against marginalized persons is a negative problem in the EU which from year to year creates major negative impacts that are transmitted mostly to young generations. The young generations are surrounded by negative influences and hate speech that create a negative climate and problems in the process of coexistence and socialization. Young people need to approach the problems of young people with fewer opportunities and create a positive atmosphere of coexistence through which they will promote friendship and tolerance. Negative influences pose a great danger to the socialization and coexistence of young people which can be negatively reflected in daily responsibilities, school, college, etc. Young people need education and guidance for the promotion of respect and the promotion of equal social opportunities for all through THEATER and SCENARIO.
