Objectives

Our project promoted tolerance, openness and awareness of Europe. Young people acquired key skills and practical skills. They have developed interculturally They now better understand their skills and knowledge in the areas in which they learn and now they better understand Europe and its diversity. Thus, young people acquired new personal, technical and professional skills, and their employability increased significantly. The project promoted healthy behavior of young people and contributed to their well-being by promoting: healthy lifestyle, healthy diet, healthy growing up. Another goal was the effective contribution of the project to environmental protection in a global context and a sense of community. The committed professionals and their organizations became professional and had a chance to develop in an international environment. The project made a major contribution to the EU Youth Strategy and the development issues of the Different Solutions Strategy. We used a methodological approach to improve the transition from school to youth work - this methodology will now be further developed by us. Through the project, we are now demand-oriented, informal learning methods, inclusive educational offers for professional orientation and environmental education. Project outcomes (outcomes and outputs) will now cover youth welfare and other Educational Areas and are spread across politics. Project results - Promotional materials such as a free download movie are disseminated in the local and international environment. The finished project concept is currently being used as a model project for other international stakeholders, including schools and educational institutions in the 4 participating countries. In this way, other entities have the opportunity to interact with young people from different target groups, they can, based on our experience, set up their own craft or ecological project, and thus make a valuable contribution to society, for international youth work, for a better transition structure between education and employment. We are currently implementing further international projects under ERASMUS + based on the experience we have gained and the desire to develop the concepts and solutions that have been created. The projects also became the basis for the preparation of a strategic partnership project between our institutions. The project turned out to be a great success. Through the support of educators and carers, also health-medical supporting employees, we had the opportunity to support as many as 20 young disabled people and we gave them a chance for professional and intercultural development. Everyone integrated very strongly during the project and supported each other, an international dialogue was created which was very helpful in establishing cooperation. Ultimately, the most important achievements of the project were: 1. Developing professional competences 2. Gaining practical knowledge in various fields - industries and professions 2. Providing access to various forms of international education and learning about other cultures 3. Removal of cultural barriers and prejudices 4. Integration of disabled youth with their peers without barriers 5. Creating a model form of non-formal education 6. Developing European awareness and identity with Europe 7. Establishing close cooperation with educational and youth organizations from other countries in order to establish close cooperation of strategic partnerships in the future 8. Influence on the perception of the value of non-formal education by local authorities in each of the 4 countries 9. Developing the competence of staff and teachers and implementing by them innovative forms of education created by our project
