In the job search process, they face major barriers such as discrimination and disrespect. Unemployed marginalized citizens face great barriers in the process of promotion before the labor market and they need support and help. The migrant crisis in the EU is one of the reasons for increasing low self-esteem, motivation, discrimination and cynicism towards marginalized groups. These target categories in the new host countries face barriers, but also very low opportunities for socialization and employment. According to the EU research and analysis, the employment target in Europe in 2021 is expected to be up to 75%. According to Eurostat statistics (August 2018), 16.823 million young people (between 15 and 24) were unemployed in July 2018 in EU-28. Compared to July 2017, unemployment fell by 1.949 million in the EU-28.
