Supporting the mobility of individuals through the following measures: Inbound and outbound mobility of staff with the aim of further internationalizing the individuals through exposure to relevant research, teaching or elements enhancing the competence levels of the individuals. Further to stimulate either the maintenance of existing, or nurturing new, networks or groups of competence and knowledge. Outbound mobility of students with the aim of exposing them to study environments allowing for a new or different academic perspective on their BA or MA education, and adding cross-cultural skills to their portfolio of personal competences. Outbound students in internships allowing the students to gain knowledge about the Architecture Industry in general, and specifically train them to master a workplace situation in a given geographic location or within a particular branch of the Architecture Industry or Pratice. In a larger perspective also manifesting the European Labor market as an attractive venue for both the emerging career path, and further strengthening the attractiveness of the existing Higher Education teaching and research arena in Europe.
