DK ARHUS 26 has a strategic approach to its participation in the project by offering international possibilities to its students and staff which enable them to add value to their current studies (students) or current work (staff). For instance, DK ARHUS 26 strives to provide high-quality, internationally-minded graduates that Denmark and Europe need. Participation in the project and thus our ability to encourage students to engage in the various international activities that it offers helps add valuable international features to their education. These features are necessary in an ever more competitive labour market. International mobility makes students more attractive as potential employees as they are exposed to a diversity of cultures and different values. The objective of staff mobility is to increase the international mindset and network of teaching and administrative staff and to promote academic development projects between BAAA and our partners. In addition, staff mobility promotes student mobility as academics that have been to a partner are more inclined to encourage students to travel. Staff who have tried Erasmus also expose students to what they have experienced thereby aiding internationalisation at home.
