University College Absalon has placed a high priority on enhancing our collaborations with European higher education institutions, as mentioned in the European Policy Statement (EPS). The primary aim is to facilitate partnerships and exchanges within the European context. Our project has actively supported these initiatives by promoting mobility activities for both students and staff. Approximately 60% of these mobility experiences took place in institutions categorized as close cooperation partners or within Nordic countries, as defined in our EPS. This consistent level of activity has been upheld throughout the entire duration of the Erasmus+ project. Although this marks a decrease from the 70% achieved in the 2020 project, it is worth noting that this is still a commendable achievement given the relatively low number of mobility participants. Moreover, a central objective has been to ensure significant personal and professional growth for our participants, with a particular focus on intercultural development. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have largely succeeded in meeting this objective, which will be further detailed in the report.
