Objectives

In this project we planned to improve the digital competencies of school teachers, create general principles of digital and distance learning accessible to NAS students, develop the motivation of NTK students to learn using various non-formal learning methods, systematize the digital learning of the entire team, obtain the necessary methodological knowledge and get acquainted with the necessary digital tools.

Background

The idea of this project came up during a period of rapid transition to distance learning for the staff and NTK students, caused by the outbreak of COVID 19. The abrupt transition to a new form of teaching revealed some problems in the organization of distance and digital learning in the Narva Adults School: the lack of stable e-learning skills among teachers and students, the lack of serious methodological training for teachers, poor knowledge of available electronic resources, overload of teachers and students, and so on. In order to solve these problems, the school team developed and implemented this project.
