The goals of the project were to enhance digital integration at Järve School, more precisely through the transition to the Google Classroom environment and to improve the digital competences of both students and teachers. The project also aims to share experiences and learn from other schools through job shadowing and to develop a network of partners for future cooperation. The ultimate goal was to increase the school's educational quality and ensure students' knowledgeable use of digital tools.
The school has comprehensively supported the learning of natural sciences from the primary grades, preparing students for programming and informatics classes. It is noticeable that the students of the I and II school levels are in the weakest position in terms of practical digital skills and distance learning. To meet these needs, the school aims to develop the digital skills of students at these levels through various initiatives, including integrating ICT tools into different subjects, creating robotics courses and providing comprehensive support for the integration of digital tools in subjects.
