Objective 1 : To implement the new kindergarten-school development plan 2021-2026. Objective 2 : Increase the competence of employees in environmental education. Objective 3 : Increase the competence of employees in inclusive education. Objective 4 : To develop value-based learning and educational work.
Our project is named "Value-based education- green kindergarten-school with equal learning opportunites". The content of the project is the development of value-based learning and education, including inclusive and environmental education. Kose-Uuemõisa Kindergarten-School is a joint institution operating in the municipality of Kose. As a united and supportive family, we provide the child with the best possible development. At the end of kindergarten, the child continues smoothly education in the same building. In total, the child stays in our safe development environment for 8 years. There are 4 groups of children in the kindergarten aged 1.5 - 7 years. The school has 4th grade and students are aged 7-11 years. The basis of learning and educational activities is Kose-Uuemõisa Kindergarten-School curriculums of kindergarten and school. The study is subject-based. We base our work on the following values: cooperation, caring, security, environmental awareness. Considering the child's individual characteristics, abilities and cultural background and values surrounding nature and home, we adapt the development environment in such a way that it contributes to a happy and successful life to human development.
