To support students' learning motivation and satisfaction, to reduce study interruptions and dropouts. To give the learner the opportunity to complete a professional practice in Europe regardless of his social background and economic situation. Through non-formal learning, self-confidence grows, the ability to cope in another cultural space, civil society, learn English and expand digital competencies. The competitiveness of learners with study migration experience is higher in the labor market, the learner has a broader horizon, better language skills, and awareness of the possibilities of working in the European Union. The learner acquires the skills to cope independently and develops key competencies. A student who has participated in a study tour will probably be able to complete his studies to start a professional job. Through staff training, we wanted to increase the quality of educational organization and teacher work to better support the development of learners. The teacher expands professional skills and improves English language skills. The contacts created during study migration are a prerequisite for the promotion of international cooperation.
