The Erasmus+ mobility of higher education students and staff is pivotal for Tallinn Universities internationalisation. Our goal was to facilitate student and staff exchanges, foster cultural understanding, language skills, and academic enrichment. We believe that our students and staffs exposure to diverse environments enhances global perspectives, contributing to a more interconnected academic community. The primary objective, of course, was to ensure a seamless transition from one program period to the next. This involved adapting to a new mobility management system, digitally securing the new inter-institutional agreements through the system, and the like. Our emphasis was also on exploring the emerging mobility options, specifically the blended intensive programme. Significant efforts were invested internally within the university to align everyone with these developments and disseminate information regarding these newfound opportunities. In summary, our aim was to achieve a smooth transition to the next program period. This involved maintaining the quality of the existing mobility options and incorporating the new possibilities seamlessly into our operations.
