Our overarching aim in participating Erasmus+ program was to increase internationalization at the EUAS to support our goals, vision and mission by providing additional professional and self-development opportunities for both students and staff. We encouraged the students to study, to undertake internships abroad to broaden their horizon and explore additional development opportunities for successful careers. We offered employees new innovative international development opportunities (incl. sharing experiences, teaching in a multicultural classroom, finding new partners, developing existing curricula and joint programs). Which enabled them to improve language and intercultural communication skills whilst acquiring a range of other soft skills through guest lectures, international classrooms as well as the international environment of the University. The principles of non-discrimination and equal treatment are among the core values at the EUAS. We believe, diversity is a strength and harnessing this diversity creates a productive environment in which everyone feels valued and where talents are fully utilized.
