The aim of our youth accredited projects has been described in our application and has guided us when practically organizing the two projects that we planned - one targeting young people, and the second one involving youth workers from Programme Countries in order to reach the following objectives: Objective 1 : Several young people experience challenges in adapting and coping with conventional schooling practices, even though teaching methods have evolved. In this scenario, it is crucial to provide young people with tools and experience to identify and develop their own learning styles and skills. Objective 2 : An educational leader in England (Derry Hannam) once said that learning about democracy in schools is like reviewing travel booklets in jail. The fact is that formal and non-formal learning environments need to create and consolidate democratic decision-making mechanisms that involve young people as active and equal participants. This implies that young people need to be entitled to design their learning goals, identify learning strategies and participate in solving conflicts together with others. Objective 3 : This objective is closely related to the collective making of agreements and rules in learning environments, and collaboratively solving conflicts from a restorative perspective, aiming at fixing the damage, getting to compromises, and involving every participant in the community. Objective 4 : We believe that there is an enormous amount of information that misleads young people towards lack of self-care, apathy and consumerism. In this sense, it is crucial to help youth workers develop competences to equip young people with tools to develop critical thinking, develop a wider civic view, and identify fake news, and dangerous games and challenges. Objective 5 : 2020 put us in a situation when we had to keep up with learning and developing competences among our students, while the physical conditions were drastically changed. This affected all the actors involved but youth in the first place. The various researchers carried out at national and international levels revealed the great negative impact on students mental well being because of the fact they had to be isolated from their peers first of all, they didn't have access to communication and socializing. We find it imperatively necessary to explore the digital possibilities and opportunities, in order to help our students stay connected, active and creative. The Youth exchange has involved young people with the age between 15 and 19 years old in activities designed based on the listed objectives in order to offer them the time and the space where they had to communicate with each other offline, to participate in workshops and games using non-formal learning methods, a new type of activity for the biggest majority of them, where they could reflect on their academic studies, compare them and realize what is important for them as well as how could they improve their daily actions using the critical thinking, in order to reach a mental and physical well-being.
