Defining skills and conpenetces required, we analyzed and created assessment tool to assess people's skills and readiness to work on set across different departments and levels. Alternative training models such as microdegrees were also analyzed. Based on the above, 18 course descriptions were created, focusing on the occupations and skills most lacking. A professional and systematic website was created, which makes the results of the project available to the public and introduces the film invitations through 32 original videos. In addition, many experts were involved in the project and the Baltic film industry met at a very successful conference.
