The objectives of the "Adult Education For Working Life!" included equipping trainers and consultants with innovative educational techniques for adult education, as well as the acquisition of sought-after skills and social entrepreneurship practices by participants and the organisation. In addition, the aim of the project was to strengthen the European dimension of the organisation through the development of intercultural skills and the strengthening of its network of partners. In this way, the project aimed to promote the development of the professional skills of trainers and counsellors, improve the quality of adult education and enhance Europe's competitiveness in the global arena.

Ergon Training is a non-profit organization that aims to improve horizontal skills (soft skills) through vocational education and training, always applying the principles of Experiential Learning and Adult Education. Ergon Training is a training organisation that is active in in Vocational Education and Training (VET) as well as in In-service Training, and more specifically in the following subjects: Human Resources Development - Communication and Research Projects - Social Economy and Young Entrepreneurs - Adult Education.
