One of the most pressing needs and challenges confronting our organization today is the management of heterogeneous groups. Adult educators in our organization must manage and train an increasingly diverse population in terms of language, religion, and ethnicity. This project concerned a one-week training visit of 6 adult educators (beneficiaries) of the Adult Education and Vocational Training Centre E-SCHOOL Educational Group (sending organization), in Reykjavik, Iceland, to participate as trainees in the seminar entitled "Sensitisation training with reference to migration, racism, discrimination etc. , culture and diversity with strategies for teaching these issues to diverse age groups" organized by the educational organization InterCultural Ísland (host partner) on education and awareness-raising on phenomena of racism, xenophobia, discrimination, etc.
