Our objectives in implementing this project were: • The internationalization and strengthening of the European dimension of the organization • Improving the skills / competencies of participants in the mobility • The implementation of multiplier events on the design and management of European projects by other organizations/bodies • The creation of a KA1 training program for other European adults.
K.A.NE. has its own learning/educational structures and has been organizing since 2008 local and international socio-educational activities for young people and adults. Drawing on our many years of experience in managing learning projects and mobility projects, both in the youth sector and in the field of adult education, we wanted to consolidate this experience by creating a team of experts, who are already adult or youth educators, to participate in a third-party training in the design and management of intercultural learning mobility activities, within the European Learning Program ERASMUS+. This project provided an opportunity for 10 people from the team to train and develop useful competences in designing and managing intercultural learning projects. These individuals now act as multipliers, transferring these competences to other individuals through training activities and dissemination of results.
