We identified 3 basic needs that we wanted to meet: 1) Human resource development by acquiring new skills and abilities namely to upgrade the knowledge and improve the qualifications through the actions of Erasmus + to gain transnational perception and experience on methods of artistic expression and their daily application and on tools / teaching methods that can be applied. 2) The methodological innovation with the acquisition of innovative tools and exposure to new ideas. The aim was to promote the quality upgrade of the educational activity with new and differentiated methods that enable the improvement of the productivity of our staff and to increase the proportion of attendance. 3) Finally, we wanted to establish and strengthen our contacts with foreign partners in order to expand the horizons of our organization and in general to achieve long-term sustainable cross-border cooperation with other organizations.
As an organization for the prevention and promotion of psychosocial health, we decided that in the context of European mobility and cooperation we wanted to focus on the further development of the "Life Workshop" (EZ) initiative. This is because this initiative is a particularly successful approach to adult education on artistic expression in order to prevent addictions, addictive behaviors and to strengthen one's social health. We wanted to be able to make the most of the possibilities and opportunities offered under Erasmus +. The training of our trainers on issues of artistic expression and the supervision of work in a corresponding foreign body significantly contributed to the improvement of the daily teaching process of the EZ of our body which was the main motivation behind this project.
