ICT is an irreplaceable part of the 21st century and the future. Collaboration Support systems are acquiring more and more use today as they need to support synchronous and asynchronous online communication to deal with the Covid 19 pandemic. The objectives were defined with specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-based criteria such as: • Understanding the concept of cloud computing and online collaboration, • The use of communication tools for effective team collaboration, • The organization and management of tasks in a group, • The improvement of digital skills of both the participants and the rest of the team, • Sharing and editing documents in the cloud, • The promotion of ICT teaching to enhance learning for youth education and lifelong learning, • The improvement of communication/language skills, development, social harmony, innovation and creativity.
In today's labor market, our society is full of challenges and changes. Αs a result, every person is confronted daily with the complexity and demands of the new era. What we have taken for granted until now, both in education and in the labor market, is changing and we need to develop skills and competencies that will help us cope with today's challenges and ensure a satisfactory life framework. The COVID 19 crisis has shown that agencies with a strong digital presence are less vulnerable in times of economic recession and pandemic. Since our association is a non-profit scientific club that deals with Innovative Actions and applies new techniques and methods of education and training, we implemented the Innovative Skills Development Program using digital tools in Adult Education.
