Our field is School Education and the project title is ''Inclusion and Gamification''.1o Gymnasio Kos Ippokrateio is a public school that provides general secondary education. The majority has an immigrant background, mainly from Albania, Bulgaria, and Romania. These students are at risk of dropping out of school because they do not speak Greek well, have very low performance, do not seem to be fully integrated into the school community, or face family problems that hinder their academic performance. The school has students (about 30% of them) from different social, economic, and cultural backgrounds. The use of digital tools and gamification has helped address these challenges by making learning more exciting. The project aimed at cultivating inclusion and training educators in gamification. Inclusion targeted both the indigenous and non-indigenous population of the school, cultivating and improving their interpersonal and social relationships. Educators through gamification, adopted new pedagogical practices, improving teaching and learning at school and thus helping their students, develop new skills and attitudes.
