Our school requires greater levels of expertise for its educators, in the field of European interconnection and management as well as enriching its intercultural activities . It constitutes a challenge for our organization to form a search, management and implementation group that will provide teachers and students with the opportunity to become familiar with cultural distinctness, as well as with innovative learning methods and intercultural activities that would lead to a better understanding of the European idea. It is vital to gain knowledge regarding the means of searching for associates through these programs, in order to create a network that will lead to partnerships in the most efficient way. Furthermore, taking into consideration not only the exclusion of our learners because of the distinctiveness of their special needs but also the fact that many of our learners come from different nationalities or cultures and face a lot of difficulties in their daily life, this project give us the opportunity to become familiar with cultural distinctness and learn new approaches and intercultural teaching methods. At the same time we gain more confidence with the management and the implementation of intercultural projects.
