Objectives

By implementing this project, our teachers want to get to know models of co-teaching, to implement co-teaching with participating teachers from schools in other countries, to experience the learning that takes place through collaboration and to understand how co-teaching allows deeper learning in a co-teaching environment. Through experiential teaching, the participating teachers will become familiar with cooperative teaching practices, but also with ways in which they will structure the cooperation between their students step by step. Through the preparation of the mobility plan "We learn together, teach together" the participating teachers will be able : to jobshadow Finnish teachers in schools of primary education, to get to know co-teaching methods and student group practices, to become familiar with digital learning and teaching practices in exceptional circumstances, to acquire a more positive attitude towards New Technologies and to experience the benefits of outdoor learning.
