Understand that cultural diversity is a richness and not a weakness in a globalized world. Reflect on their own cultural identity and get to know that of their project partners. Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education by improving the digital skills of the students. Raise awareness of the importance of learning English as a language of communication in the world at the same time they improve their language proficiency.
Our society is in the light of globalization and this increases the inequality between people, while it has increased the ranks of social exclusion. For this reason, in European schools the number of students with fewer oppurtunities as well as facing social, economic and political obstacles, predisposition to social exclusion, have increased. Due to the cultural diversity and socio-economic needs of our school one of the major challenges is that students cannot enjoy the same studies (learning, culture...)as other teenagers with more resources. For this reason we consider it important for their personal development and education that they can experience other realities, also different, and have the opportunity to travel to other countries to learn about their culture, improve their autonomy and their language ability in the foreign language. Specifically with this project our school benefited the most through the exchange of best practices, through the collaboration of teachers and students from different European countries and through peer learning, which contributes to facilitating the social inclusion of the "disadvantaged" students, increasing the capacity for cross-border cooperation and strengthening the European dimension
