We wanted to make our teachers more confident during teaching in their class. These courses gave them the necessary knowledge in order to boost the skills. As the time passes, teachers' needs increase and they must receive support in order to feel safe in the class.
The goal of our project was to make the teachers more qualified about the new era of education. So the subjects about new teaching methods, about digital classroom and the special needs were very useful for them in order to gain knoledge about the skills that are requested for the education of the 21rst century. Our organisation is a private school that can support innovation and always pursue the teachers be more informed in order to respond to the radical changes of the eductional system.
